Worst place I ever stayed - I was robbed since he took money for days I didn't stay & misrepresented

I stayed at ROYAL SITESI AVSALLAR - AND THIS MADE THE ENTIRE TRIP HORRIBLE Our flight was delayed, so instead of getting there at 7 in the evening - we had to rent a car at airport and drive an hour to property after midnight with 2 young children Pictures online not same as place Very cold - AC heater not working in bedroom Roaches and flying insects Dirty old half broken sofas with stains and marks Washing machine had old dirty and smelly rags in it that seemed to have been there for a while Very loud noise from outside Dog that roamed around the property and barked at everyone throughout the day Pool broken no water unlike picture online Old smelly dirty towels No blankets on bed unfriendly neighbors Tried to reduce number of days but host kept insisting on money to be paid all I paid what he asked even though he was being very unreasonable I packed my things and left the very next day around noon even though he insisted I pay all days and took the money for 3 days instead of only 1 as I stayed - he also charged an extra day for cleaning services though property was not up to scratch I want my money back for the days I did not stay I also pray that no one else has to go through such an experience - especially with children Also please check that there is only a single review that states that it was excellent - which is obviously a lie and just more misrepresentation WE WENT BACK TO THE AIRPORT A DAY EARLIER AND SLEPT IN THE AIRPORT FOR THE LAST DAY
