Very Comfortable Stay

The hotel is squeaky clean. The owners are very helpful, polite and cooperative. WiFi is very good in the room. Despite the it is a little distant from the lake, the hotel qualities still make it the best choice in Uzungol. To me the walk to lake and back was a memorable feature in my visit to the marvelous village.

Awful experience

We called hotel for rezervation and they said we cant rezervation by phone than we made rezervation from otelz.com. They called us at 21:00 and said that where are u? Will u come ? İ said ofcourse we will come there almost in 2 hours we have rezervation. They said that u are far away from here and there is another customer here and we want to sell your room this customer bec we dont know will u come or not. We argue with them on phone and they didnt sell our room. We bought the room 286 TL from otelz.com but they took 301 TL from my credit card. Bathroom has awfull smell. U shouldnt go this hotel bec they can sell your room to anyone else.
