Excellent food

Have been to Turkey 13 times and each time 5* hotels. This is an honest review from our families experience. Food some of the best we have had & to include 4 à la cartes we have never had before. Turkish and Fish also included at lunch. These were outstanding apart from our last evening at the fish restaurant- it had been raining the floors were still dangerously slippy and we waited over an hour for our child to get her food- chicken and chips. The kids menu was the same in all the à la cartes not much selection at all unfortunately. Sunset bar beautiful and a couple of the evenings entertainment were fabulous- especially the African diva ladies !! Not once we were ever asked if we wanted a drink- we queued every time and sometimes for quite a while- there simply is not enough staff. The Irish bar- football on all Screens every table full and 1 barman who was certainly not enjoying his job that evening- he did eventually get some help.. Waffle station- very yummy but again - the queues for this were long at certain times of the day. Not the ladies fault they didn’t stop. We sat at the beach most days and never got asked by anyone if we wanted a drink etc… our empty dishes never got removed all day, this was everyday. Main buffet restaurant- 10am having breakfast meant no tables, cleaned my own table- got my own water and cutlery- Again I am capable of doing so but I have never done this in previous hotels. The toilets- soap dispensers hardly work. Bon Bon- excellent! Pool lovely and warm, but we never managed to get a sun lounger. Plenty of beds at the beach. We didn’t find the staff overly friendly, not unpleasant just rushing around and no time Broken uneven slabs- a new hotel wasn’t expecting this and buckets of waters in main restaurant to collect water from leaking ceilings. Hopefully with more staff this could be a fantastic hotel. We stayed in the Fabay next door and their service was excellent, but we preferred the food at the Signa and the more chilled out vibe.
