Incredible stay

Summing up my recent stay at JW Marmara Sea cannot be described in few words as it was the best experience I ever had in a five star hotel. Was there with my family to celebrate my birthday and I must say it was beyond my expectations which for a person that travels around the world in luxurious settings should be an indication of the level of service, professionalism, glamour that this hotel offers. From the moment we arrived we were greeted as VIP’s, we got the best 2 bedroom suite that was available at the property which wouldn’t have been possible without Kagan and Busra that went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable vacation we could have. On my actual birthday I was waken up with a living room filled with balloons, a cake and a bottle of wine all complimentary from Busra and Kagan that not only remembered the date but went so far to have it all organised and making it as the best surprise I ever had. Their level of excellence in customer service cannot be matched and I want to extend my congratulations and appreciation for the way I was treated at the property. Every staff member knew our names, we felt welcomed, pampered and spoiled throughout the whole stay. The property is sublime but it will not be complete if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff working there. The Spa is an experience to be remembered also, Emre and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable, many thanks. Congratulations to JW Marmara Sea for employing such wonderful people and keeping the bar high.
