Hotel to be avoided

This is a cave hotel, the room is so cold , heating system is non existence. The room is so dirty. The towel is so dirty and rough. If possible, try to avoid. I have taken the picture, picture look good but when you come to see the actual, it is so dirty, as the picture can't see the dirt clear

reasonable according to the price

The quality of the hotel is reasonable according to the price since it is in a very touristic region. The rooms are very fresh as made of stone and even if it was very hot during day, we had a pleasent sleep at night without any air conditionar. Both the quality of breakfast and dinner was fair and few options to choose from. It is better to get breakfast and eat the other meals outside in a good restaurant. Plus even the water you drink at breakfast is extra. The people who work there are kind and try to please you. It could be better with an improvement in the food quality.
