Cancellation and Refund

1.2 All ticket purchasing and reservation processes are subject to National and International General Flight Rules, Flight Safety Rules, and the regulations specified by the relevant airline (ticket prices, cancellation policies, refund conditions, reservation changes, etc.). Users acknowledge that mytravel.com.tr is not responsible for situations such as flight delays, cancellations, postponements, the airline's refusal to accept the passenger or their luggage, invalid travel documents, etc.

Flight details (seat distance, aircraft model, Wi-Fi, food services, etc.) are provided by the airline or GDS, and mytravel.com.tr does not verify the accuracy of this information. Airlines reserve the right to change this information without prior notice. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, users declare that they have read and accepted these terms.

1.3 Payment Online ticket purchases can only be made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards.

For security reasons, you will be asked to enter the three-digit CVC code on your card during payment. The 3D Secure security system is mandatory. You can get information about this from your bank. Mytravel.com.tr may take additional security measures for transactions suspected of fraud and may cancel the ticketing if the necessary confirmation cannot be provided. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during ticketing.

1.4 Cancellation/Refund For tickets purchased through mytravel.com.tr, the cancellation, refund, and change rules of the relevant airline apply. These rules may vary depending on the airline and the ticket class. You can obtain detailed information from the airline. The ticketing service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Promotional class tickets typically cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

1.5 The refund of a refundable ticket is made using the payment method with which the ticket was purchased. Refund periods for bank or credit cards may vary depending on the banks.

1.6 No-Show In the case of a no-show, some airlines may only refund the airport taxes, but the ticketing service fee and fuel surcharge are non-refundable. If the airline has refunded the airport tax to mytravel.com.tr, the user may use this amount for their next flight or request an uninterrupted refund.

1.8 Online transactions must be completed accurately and fully. mytravel.com.tr is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information input (name, contact information, flight date, etc.). According to International Aviation Rules, purchased tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.

1.9 The user is responsible for checking the flight date, times, airports, layover status, baggage allowance, and additional services before purchasing a ticket.

1.10 Denial of Boarding, Delays, Cancellations, and Class Changes In such cases, users should first contact the relevant airline. If no response is received from the airline or if there is no response within 10 days, an application can be made to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Mytravel.com.tr has no authority or responsibility to intervene in these matters.

1.11 Mytravel.com.tr is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to the lack of passport and visa processes. Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary documents for travel.

1.12 Mytravel.com.tr does not accept responsibility for flight cancellations and delays caused by natural disasters, terrorism, war, strikes, infrastructure issues, power outages, or weather conditions. In these cases, the responsibility lies with the relevant airline or local authorities.

1.13 A successful ticket purchase transaction will be displayed in the final stage on mytravel.com.tr’s website or mobile application. Additionally, the passenger will be notified via email and SMS. These notifications are free, and mytravel.com.tr is not responsible for delays caused by technical malfunctions. Airlines may directly contact passengers regarding flight changes via SMS, email, or phone. The most up-to-date information should always be found in the airline's announcements.
